- Performance Reviews (Case Reviews, Workload Reviews
- Rebuttal statements to performance documentation
- Self-Assessments
- Records of supervisory counseling sessions that may result in performance-based personnel actions
- Training recommendations ta are performance related
- MEPS/IPR’s- weekly, monthly and annual tabs
Drop File should contain:
Leave approval documentation
- Leave requests including SF-71s for extended sick leave
- F9154 accident, injury, incident report
- Pay problems submitted by employee
Certain types of pf disciplinary actions
- Admonishments
- Alternative discipline in lieu of admonishment
Notes on counseling sessions on various topics
- Poor utilization of time
- Abuse of leave
- Other conduct issues
Copies of non-performance related documents
- Receipt for Office of Government Ethics (OEG) standards
- IDRS security rules
- Tours of Duty (TOD)
- Flexiplace agreements, jury duty notices, and receipts for property
*When your manager purges your file, you should receive a memo detailing what she has purged from your file. This should be the same as what they are giving you.
